Texas A&M University Partnering with BBBS Educational Services Matching Scholarship Program

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brazos Valley and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas are pleased to announce that Texas A&M University is a new partner in our Educational Services Matching Scholarship Program. Each year, Little Brothers and Little Sisters who have completed the 7th grade and been in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program at least a year when they graduate from high school are promised a $2,000 scholarship to be used toward their post-secondary education. The scholarship can be used at any accredited college or university or trade school. As an added benefit, "Littles" accepted by and admitted to Partner schools are assisted even further by matching scholarships at partner institution. To have such a great institution as Texas A&M University in our Matching Scholarship Program is a wonderful benefit to our kids who are continuing their education. We definitely look forward to working with Texas A&M and appreciate their willingness to help make a difference in the lives of our youth.
