At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, we really have only one requirement to be a "Big" - at one time, you have to have been a kid. We offer you a chance to get in touch with that kid inside you. Then you'll remember the moments made special by magic.

Do you remember…the first time you caught fireflies…and the person who held the jar? …the first time you learned to play Chopsticks…and the person who taught you? …tasting your first banana split…and the one who footed the bill and shared the spoon? …netting your first basket…and the person who taught you to shoot hoops? …seeing fireworks for the first time…and the person who laid out the blanket?

Just as that person brought some sparkle to your life, you can bring magic into a child's life. That's what being a Big Brother or Big Sister is all about - LITTLE moments. BIG Magic.
